GENERAL QUESTIONS:

Q. "Where are you located?"

A. "We are located in Forrest City, Arkansas almost at a midway point between Little Rock, Arkansas and Memphis, Tennessee.

Q.  "How can I contact you?"

Q. "What artworks do you sell?"

A. "We sell Pop Art prints, canvas prints, greeting cards, and coffee mugs. We also sell gift cards".

Q. "What is Pop Art?"

A. "Pop Art is an art movement that emerged in the United Kingdom and the United States during the mid- to late-1950s. The movement presented a challenge to traditions of fine art by including imagery from popular and mass culture, such as advertising, comic books and mundane mass-produced cultural objects. 

Q. "How Are Your Products created?"

A. The artwork we sell begin as a black & white drawing, sketch or photograph. We use Photoshop to colorize and edit them before they are printed."

Q. "Do you sell any original artwork?"

A. "At the present time all of the artwork that we sell is only Print On Demand. We do have plans to sell limited edition prints in the near future that will have the artist signature on them as well as a Certificate of Authenticity. Sign up for our newsletter to find out when our prints will become available." 

Q. "Do you have any corporate sales?"

A. "If you a buyer for retail stores, chain stores, department stores or interior design firms we would be pleased to discuss with you the sells of any of our Pop Art designs for these accounts".

SHIPPING:

Q. "How long will it take to receive my order?'

A. "This depends on the shipping method that you choose, the product you order and where you live at. Standard shipping is more economical and takes longer to arrive. Expedited shipping is higher in price and can take anywhere from 1-3 days to arrive. A complete breakdown of transit time is listed on our Shipping Policy page. You may estimate prices by placing items in our shopping cart and shipping time to arrive to your home without having to checkout.

Q. "Do you ship to foreign countries?"

A. "Yes, we do. Transit times for international orders is usually between 1 - 2 weeks depending on the destination. Various factors can affect actual delivery time from weather to sorting delays within the shipping service network. It also depends on when the order arrives at the delivery service's sort facility". 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Q. "What is your refund policy?"

A. "We have a 30-day refund policy from the time that your order submitted. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You may request a refund by contacting us by email: Sales@popworcs.net.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to our home office. It must be returned to the warehouse for processing. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. PAYMENTS:

Q. "What forms of payment do you accept?"

A. "We accept all forms of credit card payments including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Vemmo. We do not accept cash, checks or money orders.
