Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping policy

We primarily use UPS and USPS for shipping prints and gift items from our warehouse in San Antonio, Texas.  Items are shipped within 3 business days of placement of order, provided payment has been received. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.  To see a full list of shipping options and prices you must add items to the shopping cart first. No checkout is required in order to do see these options.

 DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Our efficient, US Ground shipping is offered to all destinations within the US and it's territories.  Shipping insurance is included. Expedited shipping methods can be purchased at checkout for an additional fee. You will be provided with tracking information via email at the time of shipping. 

SHIPPING RATES

Economy:

Average transit time 3 -7 business days.

US$ 3.95 - US$6.95. Available for smaller prints and cards.

US$9.95 - US$13.95. Available for larger unmounted prints and gift items.

Standard:

Average transit time 1 - 5 business days.

US$13.95. Available for larger unmounted prints and gifts items.

US$14.95. Available for unframed prints and mounted canvas prints.

US$74.95. Wood crated shipping via UPS. Recommended for large orders containing stretched and mounted canvas prints.

2nd DAY:

Average transit time 2 business days.

US$29.95. Available for non unframed prints, cards and gift items.

US$29.95 + 5% of subtotal for stretched and mounted canvas prints.

OVERNIGHT:

Average transit time 1 business day.

US$29.95 + 5% of subtotal. Available for unframed prints, cards and gift items.

US$29.95 + 10% of subtotal. Available for stretched and mounted canvas prints.

INTERNATIONAL:

Average transit time 1 - 2 weeks.

US$14.95 + 70% of subtotal. Shipping is calculated based on aforementioned rate. Orders that contain items 24 inches or more in width or height and that cannot be shipped in a tube, may be more. Recipient is responsible for any additional duty fees and taxes imposed by the destination country. The destination country may require the recipient to pay custom fees or VAT (Value Added Tax) upon delivery. We will contact you prior to processing for approval of any additional charges or if there are any issues with shipping large prints outside of the United States.

Returns:

To return your product, you must contact us at Sales@popworcs.net for authorization. Please see our Return Policy page for more information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
